What changes for you?

For 24 years, we’ve operated as an independent firm, collaborating with AMROP.
Starting June 17, we’ll continue as an independent firm, just with ODGERS - a new strong, global partner by our side.
Why this change?
Think of it like an athlete who’s had a great run with one team but feels it’s time for a new league, new challenges, and new victories.
This move gives us greater access to international projects, broader reach across markets and more ways to help Polish companies grow globally.
Do you need to do anything?
Nope – not a thing.
Except maybe keeping your fingers crossed for us. The only change you’ll notice is a different name. That’s it.

On June 17, we will officially launch as ODGERS.
We will represent this global brand on the Polish market. We're sailing forward—to enter new markets, support new clients, grow our company and our team, all to better respond to the needs of our Clients.
